World BASC Organization (WBO) was present in the Outlook on the Americas Conference and Strategic Priorities Meeting 2026, organized by the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA), one of the leading forums in the hemisphere dedicated to analyzing the economic and political outlook shaping trade and investment across the region.

Representing WBO, Erik Moncayo, International President, and Luis Renella, Director of Operations, participated in this strategic dialogue space, engaging with leadership from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and strategic partners from across the Americas.

AACCLA represents 22 American Chambers of Commerce in 27 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean, whose business ecosystem manages more than 80% of U.S. investment in the region. In partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, AACCLA has consolidated its role as a key advocate for business interests and a driving force behind trade and investment in the Americas.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the economic and political priorities shaping hemispheric trade and investment, while strengthening ties among the business community, chambers of commerce, and institutional stakeholders committed to regional economic development.
